Our policy lasts for 1 (one) month except otherwise specified in this chapter. We can issue a refund within 1 month of your donation. After 1 month we can’t offer you a refund.
With our return policy We can return the Product (according to the definition of the RA Tax Code) if you do not receive it within 3 months of Your purchase or the product is completely damaged. In addition, at the time of receipt of the product, you bear the responsibility of proving if it is damaged.
You will notice us to demand refund or exchange. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or replace the product, within a certain amount of days due to the third party’s (bank or other financial institution) regulation.
To complete your return, we may require certain information. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-First, check your bank account again
-Then contact your bank.
If you purchased a wrong product or service by chance, we will exchange it as soon as possible by the regulation of our Refund policy.
You acknowledge that you are aware that the Product may be shipped by a third party and that third party’s policies may apply. You hereby certify that you are aware of the fact that depending on the destination of the delivery, it may arrive with delay, restrictions and/or additional checks may be applied.
You also understand that by making payments in different currencies, you may incur currency exchange risk, including when receiving refunds.
