Every year, Oghak has the pleasure of hosting the Chi Kung course, and this year marked the seventh consecutive edition. This program became possible thanks to our dear friend from Canada, Mrs. Silvia Kasparian, who generously offers to teach this unique discipline to our members during her annual visits to Armenia. Chi Kung is a practice with Chinese roots. Through proper posture, coordinated movements, mindful breathing, and meditation, it helps cultivate a healthy mind and a healthy body.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Kasparian for her dedication and for contributing to Oghak’s activities.
